SZE Students Excell at International Conference on Natural Hazards

- The Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) Graduate Student Council organized its international conference for the second time not long ago.

Exhibition on the results of the Folk Architecture Programme opened at Széchenyi István University

- An exhibition presenting the results of the Folk Architecture Programme will be open until mid-March in main hall of Széchenyi István University.

Sustainability was the focus of the international programme organised with Széchenyi University

- Ten students and two lecturers from the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Transport Sciences of the Széchenyi István University participated in a recent Erasmus workshop organised by the Politehnica University Timisoara.

AROUND THE WORLD ON A SCHOLARSHIP: ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF SZE CONDUCTS RESEARCH IN THE US AND EUROPE

- Dr. László Lendvai, a lecturer at Széchenyi István University, has been conducting research in the USA through Fulbright scholarship which is one of the world's most prestigious scholarships, and in Slovakia and Italy thanks to two other top scholarships. His reasearch is on specific sustainability topics such as degradable plastics, natural rubber and the 3D printability of electrically insulating but thermally conductive materials.

- When July arrives, it means it is time for the Audi Development Camp: jointly organized by Audi and Széchenyi István University, it is taking place for the third time. Participants from 22 countries have come together to learn from international experts while tackling real industrial problems in teams.
